I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Santiago. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, which made it great value for money. Secondly, the hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, with easy access to the main square and pedestrian malls just a block away. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing I could fault.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to many tourist attractions and the subway station. The breakfast included fresh fruit and scrambled eggs which was a great way to start the day. the staff was helpful in ordering us a taxi for the airport.
The hotel was not pleasant at all. The room we stayed in was very small and stuffy, and there was no air conditioning.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of Santiago and it was a wonderful experience! the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering plenty of assistance when needed. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were spacious, and the amenities were great, including free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. the buffet breakfast was also delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. a great stay for Christmas!
The only downfall was the noise level at night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. this was to be expected due to the hotel's central location, so it's not a big surprise.
